    Jenna Rae Lee
Jenna Rae Lee was born and raised in New Hope, Pennsylvania. New Hope, located just an hour north of Philadelphia and less than two hours south of New York City, is home to many horse farms and historically preserved wooded land. Growing up in a small town, yet being situated so close to two major cities, allowed for Jenna to be exposed to many different cultures and lifestyles. This exposure aided in her making a smooth transition into her college career at Temple University in Philadelphia, where she was able to interact and work with peers and staff from all over the world.

Jenna’s father has been a commercial contractor in Philadelphia since the early 1980’s. Her father would often take her to job sites and even put her to work doing small jobs around their home in New Hope. This led to her interest in architecture, which she majored in for some time at Temple University. Although she eventually switched her major to communication studies in policy, regulation and advocacy, her love for architecture and her basic knowledge of both residential and commercial construction has yet to fade.

Jenna moved to Gainesville shortly after graduating from Temple University. Gainesville is her brother-in-law’s hometown, and where her older sister resided for a number of years. Jenna is well connected in the area through family and friends, and always looks forward to meeting and working with new people. Her lifelong exposure to diverse areas and strong interest in architecture and construction all contribute to her passion for real estate. Contact Jenna

    Laura Liuzzo
Laura Liuzzo moved from New York to Gainesville to attend the University of Florida and graduated with a B.A. in 1983. While attending the University she met her husband and they have resided in Gainesville for more than 30 years.

After graduating UF, Laura worked as the Purchasing Director with a local hotel for more than 10 years before leaving the work force to raise her sons, the eldest is a graduate of UCF and her youngest is attending UF in the architectural program. Laura has also assisted her husband through the years in the management of their rental properties and has been active with her volunteerism. Laura has been involved in the Gainesville community through her USTA tennis league and various charitable organizations including Children’s Home Society, March of Dimes and involvement in the Gainesville Women’s Club.

Laura’s involvement in the Gainesville community for over 30 years has given her the advantage of a large network to help bring buyers and sellers together in the Real Estate market. Contact Laura

    Jan Sharp
Jan Sharp and her husband John, of 38 years, have lived in Gainesville for the last 12 years. They are small business owners in the staffing industry, but their most prized accomplishment is their family, and grandchildren.

Jan chose Bosshardt because of their community service efforts, and because they have their own charitable fund. Jan has spent the last 40 years volunteering with the American Red Cross, the YMCA, and other organizations. She has also spent much of her time chairing events and programs for local communities including the Foreign Student Exchange program, and the YMCA International Camp Counselor Program. Jan and John have hosted students and counselors from all over the world. Jan says “volunteering is a life gift from my parents” and she is passionate about it, this is why she wanted to align herself with a company that shares her passion.

One thing Jan loves about Real Estate is finding the right design/flow of home that will work for the entire family, whether you are a student, young professional, a retiree, or a rancher. There have been many times she has had to find the right balance of home, commute, community, activities, green living, whether it be in an urban area, or if you prefer a more rural lifestyle. She works hard to bring all these components together. She is going to listen to your needs and try to make your home-buying experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Contact Jan

    Judy Whalen
Judy has been in the Gainesville area since the 1970’s. She loves it here for the natural beauty and the unique cultural opportunities that a college town provides. Kayaking the amazing rivers and lakes we are blessed with are what make her the happiest. She grew up in Miami, but always longed to live in a less intense environment. She found what she was looking for in Gainesville. She started her landscape design/build business in 1994 and is still working occasionally in that field designing landscapes for projects that include homes, apartment buildings, and the latest look for the East Gainesville Gateway. She devotes her time to helping people realize their real estate dreams. What’s more important than home?

After spending 16 years living in the beautiful lake area of Melrose, she and her husband, radio personality Storm Roberts, found a gorgeous home site bordering Blues Creek and built their dream house. She found her special place in Gainesville. She’d love to help you find yours. Contact Judy
