Bosshardt Realty Services, LLC would like to congratulate Dan Drotos on another remarkable achievement. In October, he completed the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in Los Angeles. The CCIM designation is commercial real estate’s global standard for professional achievement, earned through an extensive curriculum of 200 classroom hours and professional experiential requirements. Dan has been working diligently for over three years to complete this extraordinary designation.
As a CCIM, Dan will be recognized as an expert in the commercial real estate industry. The designation process ensures that CCIMs are proficient not only in theory, but also in practice. This elite corps of CCIMs includes brokers, leasing professionals, investment counselors, asset managers, appraisers, and corporate real estate executives just to name a few. CCIMs are active in 1,000 U.S. markets and 31 other countries and comprise a 13,000-member network. Less than 6% of all CRE professionals in the world have earned this designation. Bosshardt is proud to have Dan as the 2nd member of the Commercial and Land Division to have achieved this designation. Bruce Rider achieved the CCIM designation in 2008.
Dan joined Team Ryals and the Bosshardt Commercial & Land Division in April of 2011 while completing his graduate studies in Real Estate at the University of Florida. In July, Dan was promoted to Vice President of Bosshardt Realty. As a three time Gator grad, (MS-Real Estate 2012, MBC-Building Construction 2011, & BSBA-Finance 2009), Dan continues to be a valuable asset to his clients and the Bosshardt Commercial and Land Division.
