      Bosshardt Realty is proud to announce that Dan Drotos and Daniel Sarkis are graduates of the 40th Leadership Gainesville class.

      Leadership Gainesville (LG) is an intense year-long community leadership program designed to identify, educate and develop leadership skills. Candidates already have established careers and local involvement. Dan and Daniel were selected to participate in the program following completion of a highly competitive application process.

    • Tractor Supply Co. Second Location to Open Soon

      The Bosshardt Commercial and Land Division is pleased to announce that Tractor Supply Co. will be opening up a second Alachua County location at 5440 NW 13th Street in Gainesville. The company recently purchased the former Scotty’s Builders Supply which is positioned at the Northwest corner of US 441 and NW 53rd Avenue. More recently the location was home to Great Lakes Carpeting and ABC Supply. The building consists of just under 58,000 SF of Warehouse situated on 5.4 Acres.
